Don’t be dragged into the popular belief that you have to stress yourself, or go through some rigorous unthinkable exercises before you can say you have exercised, no. At the end of each weight loss exercise, take a normal meal that contains healthy amount of protein which will aid the muscle rebuilding process. Don’t over stretch the body, listen to the body, take a break when you need to and when fatigued, slow down or stop it for that day.
