If you want a great cleansing or just want to do juice detox this set of recipes can be your go to. Can you imagine the sweetness carrots and apple complemented with nice heat of ginger spice will give you? You won’t know what it tastes like until you give it a try.
Okay, I know some of you may not like your juicing being too sweet, just like me anyway; therefore using green apple in the stead of the red will be better in adding a bit of sour taste to the carrot, so it doesn’t get too sweet.

2 Green Apples
3 Medium Carrots
1 inch generous chunk of ginger ( more or less according your love of Ginger!)
Wash and process the ingredients as you typically would to prepare for your juicer.
Add the ginger in first so the carrots and apple push all the ginger juice through.
You can taste the finished juice and add more ginger if you want to increase the cleansing heat.
