Juice fasting recipe is gaining so much popularity at an alarming rate, and this trend keeps going up on minute basis. 1 Organic Celery Bunch
1 Organic Cucumber
6 Organic Carrots
2 Organic Tomatoes
2 Organic Lemons
1 Bunch of Organic Kale (Replacement: A Whole Cabbage or Bunch of Spinach)
1 Bunch of Organic Collard Greens (Replacement: A Bunch of Dandelion Greens)
1 Organic Apple (Replacement: Mango or Pear)
1 Handful of Organic Blackberries (Replacement: Blueberries)
You need to ensure that all the fruits and vegetables you are going to use are all organic and wash them all carefully and thoroughly. The greens come first for juicing followed by the celery and the cucumber because they yield more liquid.
Normally, a lot of juice fast programs recommends you take a serving of 4 – 5 quartz a day within the period as short as 3 days and as long as 3 months.
But as for me, here is my single serving of juice recipe:
This Yields 12-20oz
¼ Bunch of Kale
¼ Bunch of Collard Greens
2 Stalks of Celery
¼ of a Cucumber
½ Apple slice
Handful of Blackberries
Juice them together, and don’t forget to wash thoroughly as well, especially the greens. Just mix and match, enjoy the taste and stay healthy.
